PICKLE RELISH 
10 c. solid cucumbers
2 big peppers
4 or 5 onions
2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. turmeric
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
3 c. water

Grind all vegetables and let stand 1 hour in salt water. Wring dry. Cook sugar and vinegar water, celery seed, turmeric with cucumbers together for 15 minutes. Pack in jars and seal.
