ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 pt. cooked cut-up chicken
1 pt. chicken broth
1 c. whole milk
1 tbsp. flour
6 crushed soda cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Few shakes pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage

Mix chicken, broth, milk, flour and butter together. Combine pepper, salt, sage, celery, and cracker crumbs and place in bottom of greased baking dish. Add chicken mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned.
