ESCALLOPED CHICKEN | |
1 lg. chicken, boiled and boned 6 slices bread, cubed 2 beaten eggs 2 cans chicken noodle soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 stick butter Mix above and place in greased casserole. Use remaining stick of butter to melt and brown with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Place on top of chicken mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. To freeze: Divide into 2 square aluminum tins. No need to brown chips in butter. Thaw before baking. |
