BLUEBERRY CRUMB PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 (9 inch) pie shell)

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. firm butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare topping by mixing ingredients with fork until crumbly. Wash and drain blueberries and mix in flour, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell and top with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

Very Tasty! Just made this recipe- I didn't have any Fresh Blueberries so I used Frozen. Weird thing though with the frozen, the ones in the middle were still cold even after 40 minutes at 400°F. Next time I will let the berries sit out for awhile before making.

Very good, but I had problem with the topping, the butter melted! When it was time to put it on top I actually had to break it into small pieces. It probably was my fault because the kitchen was too warm but you might want to put it in the fridge just in case!
