1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix together cake mix, eggs, butter, brown sugar and water. Mix on high setting for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips. Put in 9x13-inch pan and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. When cooled, cut into squares.
