Very good. I added 3 tablespoons more water and baked it in a 8x8 pan. They were thick and chewy!

Great recipe had to cook for about 27 minutes. It was very tasty and resembled a brownie very much.

Okay Ladies just popped them in the oven... excited to see how they do. I've bought the brownie mix from Sam's club before & recall for a chewy brownie you leave the batter thick & for a more cake like brownie you add more water. This batter was pretty thick so I hoping for a brownie more chewy. Thanks for posting!!! I ate my hubby's last brownie & thought I'd make him up a quick batch. Thanks again!

This is a great recipe, and my kind of cooking, I used the 8x8 pan and added 2 snack pack puddings on the top layer before cooking with coconut baked on, looks unique for the bring a dish parties and so easy!!

Amazing! So much better than the other recipe I tried. I did have to add an extra egg, one fourth a cup of water and a capful of oil, though.

Very nice. Added 6 caps of milk (Caps: the cap from milk gallon) to make a little more creamier, but very nice. Followed everything else to the "T".

I just popped 'em in the oven. So curious to see if they turn out good. I added a box of chocolate mix, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of oil and 1/3 cup of water plus more water. Cuz' it was kind of like a dough, but now its thick. I put it for 21 minutes... Done!!!! I did not let 'em cool. After I took 'em out the oven, I cut a slice. Perfect!!! These were thick and chewy. THANKS. MMMMMMMMMMM

I just stuck them in the oven! I'm excited to see how they turn out. I got too excited though and busted the bag of cake mix everywhere :p ~ waiting... ~ And after 34 mins in my 8x8 pan the toothpick finally came out clean!

Ok. I didn't like them, at all. It tastes like cake with no flavor. And it's crumbly like cake. Will never use this recipe again... But thanks anyways.

Great, chewy brownies just as I like them going exactly by the recipe. Flavor was poor, most likely due to my having used a Kroger brand cake mix. I will do this again with a better cake mix. Yum
