BROCCOLI RICE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, browned in oil
2 cups brown rice
1 cup water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (I use fat-free)
1/2 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
broccoli florets, steamed cooked

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown chicken in oil.

In a 9x13-inch casserole dish pour rice on bottom. Place browned chicken on top of rice. Add water and steamed broccoli. Spread cream of mushroom soup over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over casserole. Sprinkle cheese all over casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes. Enjoy!
