PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
1 (15-16 oz.) spiced pumpkin pie filling
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
Confectioners glaze

In large bowl combine all ingredients and beat 3 minutes. Pour into 16-cup plastic fluted tube pan (pan may be greased with butter and coated with sugar and chopped nuts to make cake removal easier).

Microwave 10 minutes at MEDIUM or HALF POWER. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave at HIGH 5-6 minutes. Insert a toothpick into center of cake to test for doneness. Let stand directly on counter 10 minutes to cool. Remove from pan and spread with glaze. Makes 10-12 servings.

CONFECTIONERS SUGAR:

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and spread over cooled Pumpkin Spice Cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
