BAKED PORK CHOPS 
2 lb. pork chops (I used thin, bone-in)
1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. pepper
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and pepper in one bowl. Melt butter in separate bowl. Coat each piece of chicken in butter, then place in dry mixture. Place in greased baking pan and cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.

Serves 4 to 5.
