SUPER EASY BAKED PORK CHOPS
4 pork chops (medium thickness)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup or 1 can of a Cream meal starter soup (i.e Progresso cream of garlic)
1 large onion
pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chops in baking dish. Pour can of soup over chops.

Cube up onion and toss on top of mixture.

Cover with foil and bake for 45minutes.

Remove and uncover to thicken sauce.

Note: there is no need to add additional liquid unless you want a thinner gravy, the juices from the onion and meat are more than enough.

I did a little more with seasoning but I think seasoning to taste should go without saying. But I think it's an excellent recipe and pretty tasty. I used the Progresso Cream of garlic starter and instead of the cream of mushroom soup I used Campbell's Golden Mushroom. I also added sweet pepper. The seasoning I used on the pork was pepper, liquid smoke, onion powder, and parsley flakes. It was moist and tender and the house smelled like a 5 star restaurant. No fuss and all that yumminess. I will try this with chicken and try different and sub the rice with egg noodles.

Perfect and simple. I made no changes just to see how easy easy could be. Used Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup. Served with garlic mashed potatoes (from fresh potatoes) and veggie mix of zucchini, broccoli and carrots (all fresh) just steamed with some salt and pepper. Delicious meal! Healthier than many as well.
