MOM'S EASY BAKED PORK CHOPS
This was my Mother's favorite pork chop recipe. She was a cook in a restaurant years ago and and made everything from scratch.

4-6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick), boneless or bone in
1 sleeve saltine crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Roll chops in melted butter. Crush crackers in a large Ziploc bag. Add chops, one at a time, and shake well until completely coated.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and tender on a cookie sheet or pizza pan with non stick foil. Turn during half of the baking time.

Note: May add other seasonings if desired. We like this recipe with just the butter and crushed crackers. Recommend not to add salt unless you use unsalted butter.

Serves 4 to 6.
