DOT'S EASY BAKED PORK CHOPS 
This is one of the easiest meals I know of and my whole family loves it!

pork chops - medium thickness (1 per person)
Dijon mustard
seasoned bread crumbs

Rinse chops. Spread each side of chop with Dijon mustard. Cover chops with bread crumbs. Brown in frying pan. Use hot oil to brown quickly. Transfer chops to oven proof dish or metal baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking pray (PAM). Roast in oven at 400°F for approx. 45 minutes. When chops are fully cooked, transfer to serving platter and serve.
