BAKED STUFFED BONELESS PORK
CHOPS
 
4 boneless pork loin chops (I like 3/4-inch chops)
2 cups cooked long cooking white rice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cups cold water

Pan sear chops, arrange in casserole dish, top with rice. Mix tomato paste with about 2 cups cold water (more or less water can be use for desired thickness, I prefer thicker).

Top the rice with paste and water mixture. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour at 350°F. Serve with favorite vegetable side and enjoy!
