SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
3 c. cold potatoes (cooked, diced or cut)
3 eggs (hard boiled)
1/2 c. celery (chopped)
1/3 c. sweet pickles (chopped)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. onion (chopped)
1/3 c. pimiento (chopped)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. dairy sour cream

Carefully combine all the ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Serve in a bowl lined with lettuce or salad greens.
