2 c. cut up fully cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Sprinkle ham and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
