2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
Salt & pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over ham mix in plate. Bake until golden brown and knife comes out of center clean, about 35-40 minutes. Serves 6.
