IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE PIE
3 eggs 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. Bisquick Blend all ingredients together, blender or mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Turn off heat and keep in oven 1 hour. 10 inch pie pan or 13x9 inch pan.

This is not only the easiest but also the best cheesecake!! Even a guest who doesn't like cheesecake LOVED IT! An instant favorite in this house. Shamefully easy to make. Dump all ingredients in a bowl. Mixed with hand mixer. Pour in a lightly oiled pan. Bake as directed.
