1 pkg. yellow or chocolate cake mix without pudding
1 sm. box instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 German chocolate bar, grated
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. almonds

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in chocolate and nuts and pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. butter
2 oz. liquor (Creme de Cacao)

Melt butter, add chocolate and liquor and cook until bubbly. Pour over cake.
