CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. granulated sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix sugar with cheese, add egg yolks and almond extract. Blend well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Turn into a springform pan sprayed with no sticking oil, or into two Keebler Ready-Crust pie shells or two plain pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla in carton of sour cream. Pour on top of cake(s). Put in oven for 10 minutes. Cool and serve plain or use a topping of fruit or chocolate sauce.
