MANDA'S PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3/4 cup butter (softened) 1/4 cup peanut butter (Jiffy's the best) 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven at 350°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in Chocolate Chips. If you make cookies, they cook for 11 to 13 minutes. If you want to make bars, they'll cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!!! Submitted by: Amanda Cowan-Webb |
