FRESH FRUIT PIE 
1 9" pie crust, baked
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tbsp. water
Sliced peaches, strawberries, bananas, blueberries & raspberries (all or just some of these fruits can be used)

Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Put in baked shell. Mix together orange juice, lemon juice, salt, sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil to thicken. Cool slightly. Add fruit to glaze. Put on pie. Chill.
