MACARONI RING FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamette rings 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve liquid) 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 c. mini marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained Prepare rings according to package directions. Drain. Cook together egg, sugar, flour, salt and reserved pineapple juice until smooth and thick. Blend into cooked rings. Chill 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Combine rings, pineapple, whipping cream, fruit cocktail and marshmallows. Chill before serving. 6-8 servings. |
