SPINACH BALLS | |
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well 1 cup Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumbs for stuffing 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese pinch of salt, pepper and garlic 3 whole eggs, beaten Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until mixture "sets up". Form into balls and bake at 350°F 8 to 10 minutes or freeze. Note: If frozen, bake 20 minutes at 350°F. |
