APPLE-STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. firm butter
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 c. Bisquick
2 c. sweetened applesauce
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 3/4 cup Bisquick, brown sugar, nuts, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly. Set aside. Grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix remaining ingredients until moistened. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle evenly with topping mix which has been set aside. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.
