EASY DOES IT TURKEY QUICHE 
2 1/2-3 c. leftover stuffing, or 1 pkg. chicken flavored mix
1 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk

Press leftover stuffing into a 9 inch pie plate to form a crust. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine meat and cheese. In another bowl combine eggs, milk and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Beat. Sprinkle meat and cheese mixture over crust. Pour egg and milk atop. Lower temperature to 350 degrees. Bake quiche 30-35 minutes, until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges.
