HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
5 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
Milk

Lightly brown hamburger and minced onion in frying pan. Add salt and pepper. When browned, add soup and paprika. Pare and slice potatoes. Put layer of potatoes in bottom of buttered casserole. Cover with layer of meat mixture, then another of potatoes. Pour enough milk over until it shows around edges. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are soft.
