This looks like the perfect recipe for my family tonight. I wanted something simple that I could bake, and my husband is tired of baked honey mustard chicken! The bake time seems too long, but I'll give it a try and let y'all know how it tastes!

So, this dish came out great! Good flavor and SO easy! I served it with rice and carrots. I baked it for a total of 60 minutes, but next time I'll check it about 10 minutes earlier.

This chicken dish is excellent. I prepared this last night for dinner and made only one small change. I made a bed of the chopped celery, sliced onion and some sliced zucchini in the bottom of the pan (vegetables I had on hand). I browned the sliced chicken breasts in some olive oil and garlic (approximately 10 minutes) then placed on top vegetables in pan, topped chicken with soup-mayo-curry mixture. This was ready after about about 20 minutes oven time, served it over some rice along with a nice garden side salad. Dinner was outstanding!

Added: Pepperidge farm bread crumbs and broccoli

I used the instructions, however, I pan seared my chicken in butter, and or something more healthier for your preference; season chicken lightly with seasoned salt and cajun seasoning.
After the chicken is browned, let sit for a few minutes, then dice into small cubes.. grab some broccoli instead of celery and chop that up as well! Then grab you dish and layer the bottom lightly with your mixture of mayo, soup, and curry (I also added some celery salt and poultry seasoning to my mix) then add a layer of diced chicken, 2nd layer broccoli, 3rd layer should be your mixture. The LAST layer should be the breadcrumb and just bake till brown ... then your tummy will be excited! Let me know who tries it!!

you can arrange the layers anyway that you want even double what I did and make it a twice layered dish!

If you're feeling fancy get some shredded cheese and add a layer to that!

serve with some nice rolls, or crescent rolls, fresh green beans or canned! and baked candied yams!
