BAKED CURRY CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Place chicken in pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix soup, mayonnaise, celery, curry powder and poultry seasoning. Spread evenly over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes until tender.

Great blend of ingredients, moist chicken, brown rice with drippings & corn bread, mixed veg. I increased the curry by 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning. Will make this again.

Have not tried it to taste but it is in the oven and smells great. I did baste the chicken with olive oil before cooking then drained it before adding the other ingredients - also added a dash of ginger and paprika and 1/3 cup of onion too!
