![]() 1 lb. ground beef 1 env. taco seasoning mix 1 (1 lb.) block cheddar cheese, cubed 1 (23 oz.) can tomato soup (family size) 1/2 can water (use empty soup can) 1 large bag nacho flavor Doritos (family size) shredded lettuce (for garnish) Brown beef, drain and add taco seasoning. Cube cheese and add to beef. When cheese is thoroughly melted add soup and water. Mix well and bring to boil. Turn off heat and add chips. Chips will absorb the soup.
