1 stick butter
1 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 c. whipped cream

1ST LAYER: Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.

2ND LAYER: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup whipped cream. Put on top of 1st Layer.

3RD LAYER: Cook together puddings and milk. Pour over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER: Cover 3rd layer with 1/2 cup whipped cream. May garnish with nuts or shaved chocolate.
