CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
3 c. diced chicken, cooked (2 whole breasts = 3 c.) 3 c. uncooked wide noodles 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 8 oz. frozen mixed veggies (opt.) Mix all together. Pour in an ungreased 3 quart casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be cut in half for 2 to 4 servings. |
