CHOCOLATE CHIP STREUSEL COFFEE
CAKE
 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine brown sugar and flour. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Set aside.

COFFEE CAKE:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine cream cheese, sugar, butter, mix at medium speed until blended. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients and milk, mixing well. Spoon into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
