PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 cup chunky peanut butter (your favorite)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup honey
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream together the peanut butter, butter and vanilla, using rotary beater on medium speed. Gradually add sugar and honey; continue beating. Add eggs, one at at a time, and beat well after each addition. Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking soda sifted together, and beat on low speed only until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.

Makes about 8 dozen cookies.
