1 9-inch baked pastry shell 1 qt. strawberries, sliced peaches or blueberries 3/4 c. sugar 2-3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. Jello (strawberry, peach or...) 1 c. water Cool Whip Combine sugar, cornstarch, Jello, and water. Cook. Stir constantly until thick and clear. Cool 15 minutes. Fold fresh fruit into Jello mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip. |
