FRESH FRUIT PUDDING COMPOTE 
1 3/4 c. cold milk
1 tbsp. orange liqueur or orange juice
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
1 c. thawed Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping
6 c. fresh fruits (blueberries, melon balls, raspberries & sliced strawberries, bananas & peaches)

Pour milk and liqueur into a bowl; add pudding mix. Beat slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping and beat 1 minute longer; just long enough to blend. Arrange half the fruits in a large serving bowl. Add the pudding mixture and top with remaining fruit. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fruits, if desired.
