CURRIED FRUIT COMPOTE | |
2 (17 oz.) cans fruit cocktail, well drained 2 tbsp. melted butter 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. curry powder Place fruit in a small, shallow baking dish. Combine butter, sugar, lemon juice and curry powder and spoon over fruit. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 12. |
