CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box Spanish Rice-a-Roni (calls for 14 1/2 oz. tomatoes)
4-5 chicken breasts
1 can mushrooms
Cheese

1. Boil chicken until done.

2. Make Rice-a-Roni - use chicken broth for 1/2 water called for.

3. After it cooks: Add chicken and mushrooms. Add 1 1/2 cups grated cheese.

4. Put in casserole dish, spread more cheese on top; put pats of butter on top and cook at 350 degrees about 10-15 minutes.
