CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken flavor Rice-a-Roni
2 chicken breasts
2 chicken thighs
1/4 to 1/2 c. celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. onions
1/4 c. green peppers
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1/2 block med. cheddar cheese, grated

Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to box directions. Boil, skin and bone chicken. Saute celery, onions and green peppers. After all above is done, mix together in mixing bowl; add soups and grated cheese. Put in casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is bubbly and brown. Remove, let stand 15 minutes. Then serve with fresh garden salad and rolls.
