CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken thighs or 4 breasts
1 box broccoli, thawed
3 c. shredded cheese
1 box corn bread Stove Top dressing
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Boil chicken; debone and save broth. Place chicken in bottom of casserole. Add thawed broccoli and cheese. Fix dressing according to directions on box, using broth instead of water. Add dressing to casserole. Mix mushroom soup with milk. Pour over top of other ingredients. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 additional minutes.
