BBQ CHICKEN MARINADE 
3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

MARINADE:

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. ground ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard powder

Finely mince garlic and add all ingredients in to a large bowl. Mix well so the ground ginger and mustard powder are not in clumps.

Add chicken breasts to the bowl. Make sure chicken is covered completely. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Take chicken out of marinade and cook on the barbecue or in the oven and enjoy!
