CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli, partially cooked
6 cooked chicken breasts
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing (lite or reg.)
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Drain broccoli and place in pan. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place over broccoli. Mix in large bowl the soup, salad dressing and lemon. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with the cheese then the crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over the top and bake covered at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until bubbly. Serves 6-8 people.
