CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 env. Stove Top stuffing, or box
1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 (9 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, but I use Mozzarella (less cholesterol)

Prepare stuffing mix as directed and place in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish or pan. Cover with chicken, then cover with broccoli. Mix together soup, Miracle Whip and cheese. Spread mixture over top, making sure entire area including edges are covered.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve at once. Can be prepared 2-3 days ahead, covered and refrigerated. Just take it out and bake.

Good recipe but you should always let refrigerated casseroles warm to room temperature before baking..:)
