CHICKEN AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken (cut up)
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 sm. jar diced pimento
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can French fried onion rings

Prepare rice according to package directions. Mix all other ingredients (except onion rings) in large bowl. Mix in rice and chicken. Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake thirty minutes at 350 degrees. Place onion rings on top of casserole and bake an additional five minutes.
