CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cut up for frying
3/4 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. Minute Rice

In 9 x 13-inch pan, place oil in bottom. Sprinkle rice over oil. Heat milk and cream of mushroom soup, and pour over rice. Salt and pepper chicken parts, and place on top of rice and sauce. Cover with tin foil and cook 2 hours at 300 degrees.
