NO PEEK CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water 1 c. reg. rice 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 frying chicken Melt butter in bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Add cans of soup, water and rice. Mix well. Place cut up chicken on top of mixture. Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken. Cover with foil or lid. Bake in moderate oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Don't lift lid during baking time. |
