I haven't made this recipe in years. So when I got the idea I got on line and tried this one. My old recipe was a little different but I thought I would give this one a try before I started messing with it. I found it was really good and I don't have any intension of changing the recipe at all. Tasted great, maybe better than my old recipe. Will make it again.

This was great the only thing I did different was add broccoli so I wouldn't have to cook that on the stove top while I was cleaning. I seasoned my chicken with Chinese 5 spice, salt, pepper, oregano and Cajun season. It's very simple and delicious!

I used Chicken Mushroom Soup and Golden Lipton Onion soup. I also mixes the dry soup mix in with Campbell's soup. I reserved a bit of this to top the chicken. The rest I mixed with the rice. Delicious! Been looking for this older version of the recipe. I prefer it! Next time I will try to add some broccoli florets as another person suggested. The rice is incredible!!
