CHERRY TOMATO SALAD 
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 scallion, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 oz. bleu-vein cheese
Ground pepper and salt

Stem and halve tomatoes. Add scallions, oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Spoon on platter. Crumble cheese over salad. 4 servings.
