HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. drained crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, pecans, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine eggs, bananas, oil, pineapple and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir by hand into reserved flour mixture until flour is just moistened. Grease 1 loaf pan. Turn batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Makes 1 loaf.
