RANCH PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Heat to boiling for 5 minutes. 1/3 c. water 1 1/4 c. Bisquick 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts (can omit) 1 tsp. vanilla Whipped topping

Pour boiled mixture into ungreased pan (8 x 8 inch). Mix remaining ingredients, except topping) thoroughly. Spoon onto mixture in pan. Will spread out as it bakes. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
