LISA'S CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts, skinned 2 c. uncooked white rice 1 onion, sliced 1 bunch of broccoli, cut up 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken broth 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup Sliced whole mushrooms, optional 1/2 c. white wine, optional Put uncooked rice on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cut up (cubed) chicken on top of rice place onions and broccoli on top of chicken. Add the can of mushroom soup, then chicken broth. Sprinkle dry soup mix on the top. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. |
