CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 cut up chicken or chicken parts
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (1 pouch)
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water

1. Lightly brown chicken in butter.

2. Sprinkle chicken with package of Lipton onion soup mix.

3. Mix mushroom soup, celery soup and water and then pour over chicken.

4. Sprinkle rice all around.

5. Cover and place in oven at 400 degrees for an hour to one and a half hours.
